A MeshHand is a private server with your agent on it. Add-ons are the modules that give that agent something concrete to own — small, opinionated tools that live on your box and that the agent maintains without being asked twice. Each one ships with a live demo you can use before you talk to us.

Kanban board
ONE BOARD. EVERY PROJECT. THE AGENT KEEPS IT HONEST.
What it is
A single board for every project and task in the business, on a private page behind an access code. Five stages — Backlog, Next, In progress, Waiting, Done — and a swim-lane view with a row per project. Drag cards, attach the documents that prove the work, link the pages where the rest lives.
What the agent does with it
You mention a task in chat; it lands on the board with a card id. Ask “what's on the board?” and you get overdue first, then this week, then what's blocked and on whom. Every Monday it archives old wins, flags a Waiting card with no note, and asks before it restructures anything.
What it will not do
Delete. Cards are archived, projects are archived with their cards, attachments are detached but kept. Every write is versioned, the last 200 versions are on disk, and a nightly copy leaves the box. If the board file is ever damaged the last good version is served instead.

A shared, fully editable board with sample data from a fictional distributor: a Prophet 21 upgrade, a barcode rollout, an RFQ portal, an AI pilot. Add projects, drag cards, edit anything — no sign-up. It resets to the sample data every six hours, and other visitors are editing it too.
How it fits a MeshHand
The board runs as a small service on your MeshHand next to the agent, so the data never leaves your box. The page is served from your domain behind a code you choose; the agent holds a separate token so you can rotate either one on its own. Attachments are stored on the same server and served with the same protections as the rest of the site.
The agent's side is a skill: a short document that tells it what each column means, how short the Next column should be, what a Waiting card must say, and when to ask rather than act. You can read the skill, change the rules, and the agent follows the new ones from the next conversation.

What it is
A bird's-eye view of your Prophet 21 business for the people who run it. Revenue, open AR and AP, inventory at cost, open orders, margin — and beneath them every view an executive normally has to go and fetch: customer ranking, supplier report card, cash conversion cycle, AR and AP trial balance, who bought what, sales trends, turn and earn. All on one page, all live from the P21 database.
What it replaces
The Monday-morning ritual. The SSRS report somebody runs and emails around, the Excel workbook with the pasted-in query, the Crystal report nobody can edit any more, the request to IT for “just one more column.” Each of those becomes a live view that is current the moment you open it, sortable and filterable, with a note on where the numbers come from and how P21 calculates them.
What the agent adds
Ginger sits on the same page as the P21 assistant. Ask for any cut of the data in plain English and she writes the query, runs it read-only, and returns the table. The views that lead to an action — receive a PO, post a cycle count, confirm shipments — hand her the context and she prepares the transaction for your approval. Nothing is written to the ERP without a person saying yes.

The page is served from your domain, the assistant sits behind an access code you hand out, and the views are built on your data the day it goes live — the demo above is the same app pointed at a sample database.
