Social media relaunch + review generation system

You have been in business for decades. Your machines are world-class and your certifications are impeccable. But when a procurement engineer Googles you, they find two reviews and no social presence — and they move on to the competitor with thirty reviews and an active feed. We fix that.

The invisible manufacturer problem

A shop with decades of operational excellence and effectively no digital presence beyond a basic website. No active Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn content. No listing where buyers look. Two or three Google reviews that do not move the needle.

Meanwhile, competitors with half your experience are winning bids because they look credible online. That is not a slight against your work — it is a gap in what a buyer can verify in ninety seconds.

Younger engineers and procurement teams research vendors the same way they research restaurants: check the reviews, scroll the feed, look for proof of capability. If you are invisible, you do not get the call.

You already have the visual content — CNC machining, large-format press work, precision wire EDM, a floor full of skilled tradespeople. What you do not have is a system to capture it, post it, and turn it into inbound leads.

  • A handful of reviews against competitors with dozens
  • No social accounts, or dormant ones that look worse than none
  • Satisfied customers who would happily leave a review, never asked
  • Impressive shop-floor work that never leaves the building

A 90-day social relaunch and an automated review engine

We launch your social presence and build a system that turns completed projects into a steady stream of reviews. Priced at our published rates.

Account setup & content strategy

$1,500–$3,000. We create and configure your Facebook Business and Instagram accounts, build out the business listings buyers actually check, and audit your LinkedIn. You get a 90-day content calendar with post templates: machine spotlights, employee features, time-lapse builds, certification stories, and industry commentary.

Content creation kickstart

$2,000–$4,000. We spend a day on your floor capturing photo and video — machining, press work, wire EDM close-ups, people at work. We edit it into 20–30 social-ready assets with captions, and train your team to keep capturing more from a simple shot list.

Automated review request system

$3,000–$6,000. A lightweight web app that fires a review request when a job closes. Your project manager marks the work complete; the system sends a personalized email and SMS asking the customer’s contact for a review. Includes a dashboard for request volume and response rate.

Social posting automation

$1,500–$3,000. We set up a scheduling tool and load your 90-day calendar. Posts go live on their own; you approve or tweak them in advance. Includes a 30-minute training session so your team can run it after we leave.

90-day performance report

$1,000–$2,000. At the end of the window you get the numbers: follower growth, engagement rate, review count, and inbound lead attribution — plus a recommendation on what to do next based on what actually worked.

What the content calendar looks like

Target outcomes: 20+ reviews in 90 days, 500+ social followers in six months, and a measurable increase in inbound RFQ volume from search and social referrals.

What it costs

Total scope $9,000–$18,000, billed 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Full launch runs 6–8 weeks — account setup, content shoot, automation build, calendar load. The review system goes live in week four; the performance report lands in week fourteen.

You do not have to buy all five pieces. The review request system stands on its own, and the content shoot is worth doing even if the calendar comes later.

  • Free discovery — we audit your current online presence and your competitors’ social strategies before you commit a dollar.
  • You own everything: the accounts, the content assets, and the automation code. No proprietary platforms, no vendor lock-in.
  • No long-term contract. Fixed scope. Ongoing management is a separate conversation you are never obligated to have.
  • We reply to every inquiry within one business day.
