Your certifications are competitive advantages — is your homepage treating them that way?

Tool & die shops with ISO 9001:2015, Ford Q1, and decades of automotive experience often bury their proof points. We redesign homepages that turn trust badges into conversion drivers — and make it easy for procurement teams to reach you.

You’ve earned the certifications. You’ve built the track record. But your homepage doesn’t close the deal.

We see the same pattern across precision manufacturing: the capability is real, the quality system is audited, the customer list is Tier 1 — and none of that is visible in the first five seconds on the homepage.

A buyer sourcing a die program does not read your site the way you do. They scan for three things: can this shop hold the tolerance, is the quality system certified, and how fast can I get a number. If those answers are not immediate, they open the next tab.

The certifications that took years to earn end up as a line of body copy or a logo strip in the footer. The phone number lives on a separate contact page. The call to action says “Request A Quote” and promises nothing about when a human will respond.

Meanwhile the engineer doing the research is often on a phone, standing on a shop floor, with a layout that assumes a desktop monitor.

  • Certifications (ISO 9001:2015, Ford Q1, IATF 16949) mentioned in body copy or the footer — not featured as hero-level trust signals
  • No contact information visible on the homepage — no phone number, no email, no live chat. Procurement teams have to hunt for a way to reach you
  • Generic CTAs like “Request A Quote” with no urgency, no timeline promise, no differentiation
  • A mobile experience that doesn’t work for engineers researching vendors on the shop floor
  • Zero social proof integration — reviews, case studies, and client logos aren’t leveraged

The result: qualified leads bounce. Your competitors with modern, conversion-optimized sites win the RFQ.

Five changes that move a homepage from brochure to quote generator

Fixed-range pricing on defined scope. Each item stands alone — take all five or start with the two that matter most.

1. Trust-Badge Hero Section — $1,500–$3,000

Redesign the homepage hero to feature certifications as visual trust badges (“Ford Q1 Certified — Trusted by Tier 1 Automotive Suppliers”, “ISO 9001:2015 — 60+ Years of Precision Tooling”). Add a headline that speaks directly to procurement pain points (“Get Your Die Quote in 24 Hours — Certified Quality, No Surprises”) and a primary CTA with urgency (“Request Quote — Response Within 1 Business Day”).

2. Prominent Contact Information — $800–$1,500

Add click-to-call phone, email, and optional live chat in the header, sticky on scroll. Display business hours and a response-time promise (“We reply to all inquiries within one business day”). Make contact info visible on mobile without requiring a menu tap.

3. Social Proof Section — $1,200–$2,500

Create a dedicated section showcasing client logos (anonymized or with permission), Google review snippets linked to your profile, and a brief case study carousel in Challenge / Solution / Result format. Integrate schema markup so reviews appear in search results.

4. Mobile-First Responsive Design — $1,500–$3,000

Optimize the entire homepage for mobile: touch-friendly CTAs, readable typography without zooming, fast-loading images in WebP format, and thumb-zone navigation. Test on the iOS and Android devices engineers and procurement teams actually carry.

5. Conversion Tracking & Analytics Setup — $500–$1,000

Install Google Analytics 4 with event tracking for CTA clicks, phone taps, form submissions, and scroll depth. Set up goal funnels so you can measure conversion rate improvements week over week.

Total: $5,500–$11,000

Professional tier. Billed 50% to start and 50% on delivery. All pricing is a fixed range against defined scope — no hourly billing surprises on the invoice.

4–6 weeks from kickoff to launch

Four phases, with your review built into each one.

Week 1 — Discovery (free)

We audit your current site, review competitor homepages, and map your ideal customer journey. You get the findings whether or not you hire us.

Weeks 2–3 — Design and copywriting

Mockups for desktop and mobile, plus revised messaging that leads with certifications instead of burying them.

Weeks 3–4 — Development

Build the new homepage in HTML/CSS, integrate analytics, and test on multiple devices.

Weeks 5–6 — Revisions and launch

Two rounds of feedback, final QA, DNS cutover, and post-launch monitoring.

How the engagement works

Total scope $5,500–$11,000, billed 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Typical timeline is 4–6 weeks from kickoff to launch.

  • Discovery is free. We’ll audit your current homepage and competitors before you commit.
  • You own everything. All design files, code, and content transfer to you. No licensing fees, no vendor lock-in.
  • No long-term contract. This is a fixed-scope project. If you want ongoing updates or A/B testing, we can discuss a retainer — but there’s no obligation.
  • We reply within one business day. Email, phone, or Slack — you’ll never wait more than 24 hours for a response.

Built for shops whose reputation outruns their website

This redesign is built for tool & die shops, precision machine shops, and contract manufacturers who:

  • Hold automotive certifications (Ford Q1, ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949) but aren’t leveraging them as conversion tools
  • Serve OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers who expect modern, mobile-friendly vendor experiences
  • Have strong reputations but outdated websites that don’t reflect their capabilities
  • Want to reduce reliance on word-of-mouth and trade shows by capturing inbound leads online

If procurement teams are researching you on mobile and bouncing because they can’t find a phone number — this solves that.
