The console is a live view of a production MeshCore box — our own. Agent uptime, message volume by hour, measured token usage, every scheduled job reconciled against what actually runs, and the jobs that didn't reconcile. It refreshes every thirty seconds and it is read-only by construction: there is no button on it that can touch the machine.
A system, not a chatbot
Agents are what run on MeshCore. Skills are what they know. The vault is what they remember. The scheduler is their calendar. Add an agent or a skill and it inherits all of it — the memory, the schedule, the guardrails, and the P21 connection.
Memory you actually own
Your agent's memory is an Obsidian vault in your own private GitHub repository. Human-readable markdown. Open it on your PC, read what it knows, correct it. When you leave, you keep it — it was always yours.
A schedule you can read
Scheduled work is declared in a plain file in your vault, not buried in a cron table on a server you can't see. Want the back-order check at 6am instead of 7? Edit the line.
A guarded Prophet 21 connection
Reads go through a read-only login. Writes go only through recipes we have verified live against a real install. Anything we haven't proven, the agent won't attempt.
One isolated server per customer
One customer, one server, one vault, one set of credentials. Never multi-tenant. That is the entire security story, and it is simple enough to explain to your IT lead in a sentence.
The channels your team already uses
Telegram, email, and Teams. Nobody has to learn a new interface or log into another dashboard to get the morning brief.
Every action the agent can take is classed before it ships
This is the part that makes an AI agent safe to point at an ERP. Each skill declares what class of action it performs when it is written — not at runtime, not by the model deciding in the moment. The model can propose a write. It cannot submit one.

Forbidden actions are enforced twice — in the agent's own rules and in the code that would have to carry them out. A rule the agent could talk itself out of is not a rule. Read the full security model.
Six rules that ship in every install
These are not settings. They are written into every agent MeshCore deploys, and they are the same six rules our own agents have run under since day one.
Never spend money. Not a subscription, not a shipping upgrade, not a purchase order. It reports the cost and waits.
Never delete or overwrite destructively. Changes are reversible, or they are proposals.
Never write to Prophet 21 without a verified recipe and your approval rule satisfied.
Draft, don't send — anything going to a customer or vendor stops for a human unless that skill has mechanical hold checks.
Keep secrets secret. Credentials never appear in chat, in the vault, or in a log.
Lead with the answer. Report the numbers and stop when a human decision is genuinely required.
Built for the distributor with one overworked P21 person
MeshCore is for wholesale distributors on Epicor Prophet 21, roughly 10 to 200 employees, with no AI staff and a great deal of recurring work living in one person's head and calendar. The morning check of open orders and back-orders. Chasing PO receipts. Credit-hold reviews. Quote follow-ups. Reports nobody runs.
The honest reason every ERP AI pilot dies is that it has no memory, no schedule, and no safe write path. It answers a question well once, and then it is a browser tab nobody opens. MeshCore is the three missing pieces, plus the P21 knowledge to use them.
Price it against the half-person the work currently costs you, not against a per-seat SaaS licence. That is the comparison that actually holds.
Three tiers, priced after we understand your install
MeshCore is a setup fee plus a monthly subscription. We are not publishing numbers until the first reference customers are live, because a number invented before we have seen your P21 install is a number we would have to walk back.
