Every hour is logged with a task description and deliverable reference. You receive a detailed timesheet with every invoice. No rounding up, no ambiguity.
Fixed-scope projects: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Hourly retainers: billed bi-weekly with Net 15 payment terms. We accept ACH, wire, and major credit cards.
No. Fixed-scope work is per-project. Retainer arrangements are month-to-month with 30 days written notice to cancel. You stay because the work is worth it — not because you're locked in.
Scope changes happen. We'll issue a written change order that clearly outlines the additional time and cost before any extra work begins. No surprises billed after the fact.
Yes — for every fixed-scope package. Discovery is where we learn your operation, map the problem, and build the architecture plan. If we skip this, we build the wrong thing. We don't skip it.
Yes. Clients who commit to 20+ hours per month receive a 10% discount on hourly rates. Retainers guarantee availability and allow us to maintain deep context on your systems. Ask us about it.
You do. Upon final payment, all source code, design files, and deliverables are assigned to you in full. We retain no license or claim to anything we build for you.
Bug fixes for issues present at delivery, one round of minor adjustments, and team walkthrough / documentation. Extended support is available as a monthly retainer after the included period.
